Mentor-net

The day to day running of a business is filled with challenges and demands that allow you little time to step back and work on the future of the business.

Committing as little as a couple of hours a month to take an objective and broader view of your business can reap huge benefits for you, your business and often your turnover and profit as well.

That’s where a Mentor-net Mentor can help you. Their role is to support, stimulate and challenge, using their own extensive skills, knowledge and experience to help you view your business in a different light, spot opportunities for development and implement the changes needed for a strong future.

Our Mentors are all volunteers who have run or are currently running their own business, from manufacturing to IT, retail to charities and everything in between. We also source experienced business people from other backgrounds who bring us very specific knowledge and skills such as leadership, HR, corporate finance or sales; a highly diverse range of knowledge that covers the full breadth of business issues. They all come with only one goal in mind, to help you to develop and in turn for your business to develop and thrive.

If you have an open mind, a desire to move your business on whether you are in your early years, looking to grow or considering how to exit, then a Mentor-net Mentor may be able to support you to achieve your goals.
